I have acquainted myself with the Rules & Regulations and solemnly agrees to abide by the same. I further confirm my consent to agree with the decisions that the Governing Body may take from time to time in the interest of the Association. The particulars furnished for membership are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree to abide with the authority of the Governing Body to cancel my membership and forfeit my payment(s) if any of the particulars are found incorrect or misleading. I remit herewith a sum ofRs.350.00 towards the Membership Fee.
